The CTTC is a World Class technical training facility designed to meet the long term technical training requirements for the region. It is a facility owned by BP and its Partners and is operated and managed by TTE Petrofac.
We are currently providing World Class training for over 1000 technicians to meet BP’s targets for a competent workforce in Operations and Drilling.
Our training programmes are designed to accelerate learning via the concentration of skill based technical training programmes using specific experiential-type training equipment. Integral to this technical development are HSE, language and behavioural skill training that form the essential foundations for a career in the Oil & gas Industry.
The facilities at the CTTC in Azerbaijan include:
- Unique live 3 phase separation plant
- World leading Drilling Simulator
- Extensive workshops, incorporating equipment
used specifically for technical training
- 30 high quality classrooms
